Audica Professional Warranty Statement - download
The Audica Professional MICROseries system uses signal processing built into the MICROzone to provide outstanding audio performance. The MICROzone also protects MICROseries loudspeakers from damage using low frequency filtering and equalisation. Warranty of any MICROseries loudspeaker is therefore conditional on the audio signal being processed by a MICROzone; either as the system amplifier or as the system controller.
Audica Professional passive loudspeakers are guaranteed for a period of three years from the date of purchase from an authorised Audica Professional distributor, subject to no evidence of misuse, overload, or accidental damage.
Audica Professional electronics and active loudspeakers are guaranteed for a period of two years from the date of purchase from an authorised Audica Professional distributor, subject to no evidence of misuse, overload or accidental damage.
If at any time during this warranty period the equipment proves to be defective for any reason other than accident, misuse, neglect, unauthorised modification or fair wear and tear, we will repair any such manufacturing defect or, at our option, replace it without charge for labour or parts.
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
